The history of our family is both incredible and inspiring. From Slavery to Freedom and beyond. Our stories are many, our journey incredible, our legacy amazing. We have journeyed back in time and are telling our stories. We are uncovering our past and celebrating our present.

The Goal of our Family History Project is to tell our stories through research and interviews. Researching the background and history of our ancestors using search engines (social media, archives, public records, newspaper articles, magazines, photographs, libraries, family members, friends, etc.); to share the history with current and future generations; to prove a bridge to continue an ongoing update and study of our history; to satisfy our ancestors that their labor was not in vein. We have a great beginning with “Inherited Legacies” our Family History Project (FHP).

As promised, “Inherited Legacies” in DRAFT can be viewed on our Family website (using the menu above, click Showcase then Books). Your input is extremely valuable as we work toward completing this document. Feel free to add comments, additions, etc. to the document. This is also a good time to change pictures, names etc. The deadline for final review is March 30, 2024.
